中国药学会湖北分会药事管理学会于1989年11月21日在召开省学术年会同时正式成立,并召开了首届学术论文交流会。会议收到有关药学管理论文19篇,会上宣读8篇。经中国药学会湖北分会理事会讨论决定,药事管理学会由27名委员组成,湖北省卫生厅药政处处长薛锦玉同志任主任委员,刘云海(兼秘书)、吴农葆、曾宪华、徐荣周四位同志任付主任委员。
Chinese Pharmaceutical Association of Hubei Branch of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Administration on November 21, 1989 at the same time the provincial academic annual meeting was formally established, and held the first academic dissertation exchange. The conference received 19 articles on pharmaceutical management and read 8 articles at the conference. After discussion and decision by the Council of Hubei Branch of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, the Institute of Pharmaceutical Administration consisted of 27 members. Director Xue Jinyu, Director of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Department of Hubei Provincial Department of Health, served as chairman and Liu Yunhai (Secretary), Wu Nongbao, Zeng Xianhua and Xu Rong Comrade Ren to pay the chairman.
