最近收到湖南省沅江县建委陈再明同志等来信,希望能介绍一下基本建设程序,以便加强基本建设管理。这封信反映了一些县的建设部门负责同志的要求,特发表此文,以供参考。
Recently, I received a letter from comrade Chen Zaiming of Yuanjiang County Construction Committee in Hunan Province, and I hope I can introduce the capital construction procedures in order to strengthen capital construction management. This letter reflects the requirements of comrades in charge of the construction departments of some counties. I hereby publish this article for reference.
