以白俄罗斯科学院机器可靠性研究所所长、通信院士O.B.别列斯特涅夫为首的5名专家代表团,应邀于9月11日来到上海,在704所进行了为期14天的学术访问与交流。国防科工委可靠性中心、船舶总公司可靠性中心、七院、海军规范所、上海交通大学、哈尔滨工程大学以及上海地区有关厂、所的主管领导与专家等40余人参加了这次学术交流活动。 白俄罗斯科学院机器可靠性研究所是目前国际上唯一专门研究机器可靠性的专业研究所,具有相当的实力和影响。别列斯特涅夫所长作了该所的研究方向、内容和主要成果的综合性论述报告。其他几位专家分别对下列专题作了讲学交流: 1.提高机器可靠性的科学预测基础理论和有效途径; 2.机器和结构可靠性理论的研究现状; 3.俄国和国际在可靠性方面的标准文件体系; 4.结构元件根据不规则加速试验结果的寿命预测; 5.提高机械传动可靠性的方法。
Five expert delegations led by OB Beretsnev, director of the Institute for Machine Reliability of the Belarussian Academy of Sciences, were invited to Shanghai on September 11 to conduct a 14-day academic visit at 704 places communicate with. More than 40 leaders, including experts from the Reliability Center of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, the Reliability Center of the Shipbuilding Corporation, the Seven Academies, the Navy Institute of Standards, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Harbin Engineering University and the relevant factories in Shanghai participated in the academic exchange activity. Belarus Institute of Reliability Institute of Machine Reliability is currently the only specialized research machine reliability of the Institute, with considerable strength and influence. Director Berestev made a comprehensive report on the research directions, contents and main achievements of the institute. Several other experts made lectures and exchanges on the following topics respectively: 1. The scientific forecasting basic theory and effective ways to improve machine reliability; 2. The current research status of machine and structural reliability theory; 3. The reliability of Russian and international Standard file system; 4. Structure components based on irregular accelerated test results life prediction; 5. To improve the reliability of mechanical transmission methods.
