今年是全面落实十七大精神的开局之年,也是全面推进“创业富民、创新强市”的重要之年。我们要认真贯彻落实党的十七大、中央经济工作会议和省第十二次党代会精神,坚持以科学发展观为指导,以“创业富民、创新强农”为主题,以提升城乡统筹“十网”建设水平为载体,以解决农民群众最需要解决的问题为重点,全面深入推进新农村建设,促进城乡统筹发展。
