针对国内外服役的大型高速精密铝箔及板带等高效轧机 ,工作时辊系发生振动而被迫降速运行 ,伴随工作辊滚动轴承短寿烧损、板形不良和断带事故现象 ,采用有限元分析方法 ,对高效轧机工作辊轴承座振动特性进行研究 ,解析其振动特性 ,结果表明采用开闭复合约束可使轴承座的振动特性得到显著改善 ,为高效轧机实现高速化、高质量、高效能化奠定重要的理论基础。
