目的回顾分析我院82例CT引导深部组织穿刺活检术的临床资料。方法采用CT对深部病变组织扫描,进行体表定位,确定穿刺点、角度及进针方向和深度,采用美国COOK公司18~20 G弹枪式组织切割活检针,局麻下进针再次CT扫描确认针尖达理想位置后活检取材,送病理检查。结果肺、肝、纵隔共82个病灶行167次穿刺活检,69个病灶得到组织学确诊,确诊率为84%,无严重并发症。结论CT引导深部组织穿刺活检安全、有效、临床可行。
Objective To retrospectively analyze 82 cases of CT guided deep tissue biopsy in our hospital clinical data. Methods CT scan of deep lesions, body surface location, to determine the puncture point, angle and direction and depth of the needle, using the United States COOK 18 ~ 20 G shotgun tissue biopsy needle needle under local anesthesia again CT scan Confirm the tip of the ideal position after the biopsy material, send pathological examination. Results A total of 82 lesions of lung, liver and mediastinum were examined by biopsy for 167 times. Totally 69 lesions were confirmed histologically. The diagnosis rate was 84% without serious complications. Conclusion CT guided deep tissue biopsy is safe, effective and clinically feasible.
