学前教育是终身学习的开端,是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,是重要的社会公益事业。办好学前教育,关系亿万儿童的健康成长,关系千家万户的切身利益,关系国家和民族的未来。为了更好地贯彻《国务院关于当前发展学前教育的若干意见》(国发[2010]41号)精神,促进学前教育事业科学发展,我们围绕学前教育“小学化”问题进行了专项调研。
Pre-school education is the beginning of lifelong learning, an important component of the national education system and an important social welfare undertaking. To do a good job in preschool education and the healthy growth of hundreds of millions of children will have an immediate bearing on the vital interests of millions of families and the future of the country and the nation. In order to better implement the “State Council’s Opinion on Several Suggestions for the Development of Preschool Education” (Guo Fa [2010] No. 41) and promote the scientific development of preschool education, we conducted a special survey on the issue of pre-primary education.
