作为世界第二大经济体,中国的管理研究已经成为全球学术界关注的重要研究领域。特别是在21世纪,中国社会正经历根本性的变革,中国的经济发展也呈现新形态,大量新产品、新行业和新产业的出现对中国企业提出了更高的要求。为了应对这些变革和新的经济形态,中国企业应转变原有运行模式,深化组织变革,加快组织创新。因此,中国本土化的组织变革与创新是当前组织管理领域的重要研究议题。
As the second largest economy in the world, China’s management research has become an important research area of concern to the global academic community. Especially in the 21st century, Chinese society is undergoing fundamental changes. China’s economic development has also taken on a new shape. The emergence of a large number of new products, new industries and new industries has set higher demands on Chinese enterprises. In order to cope with these changes and new economic forms, Chinese enterprises should change their original operating mode, deepen organizational changes and accelerate organizational innovation. Therefore, the localization and organizational innovation in China is an important research topic in the field of organization and management.
