为应对当前严峻的困难局面,党中央、国务院密集出台了一系列保障和改善民生的政策措施,其中很多与促进就业、加快医疗卫生事业发展和完善社会保障制度密切相关,比如提高低收入群体等社保对象待遇水平,加强基层医疗卫生服务体系建设,加快建设保障性安居工程等等,对做好财政社会保障工作提出了更高的要求。本期专题旨在通过交流经验,为推进财政社会保障工作深入开展、进一步完善社会保障体系提供有益的借鉴。
