目的观察扶正逐毒丸治疗艾滋病(AIDS)病人的临床疗效。方法对25例艾滋病病人口服扶正逐毒丸后,观察临床症状和CD+4T淋巴细胞(简称CD4细胞)计数的变化。结果治疗3-6个月后,病人出现的症状基本消失,治疗3个月时和治疗前相比,CD4细胞平均升高75.29/μL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗6个月和12个月时,CD4细胞的平均升幅均超过了50/μL。结论扶正逐毒丸在改善病人临床症状、升高CD4细胞方面具有一定作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fuzhengxu drug pill in treating AIDS patients. Methods Twenty-five AIDS patients were challenged with Fuzhengxuedu pill, and the changes of clinical symptoms and counts of CD + 4T lymphocytes (CD4 cells) were observed. Results After 3 to 6 months of treatment, the symptoms of the patients disappeared. At 3 months of treatment, the average CD4 count increased 75.29 / μL compared with that before treatment (P <0.05) At months and 12 months, CD4 cells averaged more than 50 / μL. Conclusion Fuzhengxu drug pill in improving the patient’s clinical symptoms, increased CD4 cells have a role.
