目的和方法 :采用溶血试验 ,小鼠组织谷胱甘肽 (GSH)、脂质过氧化产物 (MDA)测定 ,采用质粒构象改变等方法检测甲酸钠的抗氧自由基损伤活性。结果 :甲酸钠明显抑制H2 O2 致人红细胞 (RBC)溶血作用 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;明显提高小鼠肝GSH水平 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;抑制小鼠肝、肾脂质过氧化的产生 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;抑制受辐射质粒PUC18超螺旋构象百分率的下降 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 :甲酸钠具有明显抗氧自由基损伤的活性 ,是一个良好的自由基清除剂。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of sodium formate on the antioxidant activity of free radicals by hemolysis test, glutathione (GSH) and lipid peroxidation (MDA) in mice and the change of plasmid conformation. Results: Sodium formate significantly inhibited hemolysis of human erythrocyte (RBC) induced by H2O2 (P <0.05 or P <0.01), significantly increased hepatic GSH level in mice (P <0.05) Liver and kidney lipid peroxidation (P <0.05 or P <0.01); inhibition of the decrease in the conformational percentage of the irradiated plasmid PUC18 (P <0.05 or P <0.01 ). CONCLUSION: Sodium formate has obvious activity against oxygen free radicals and is a good free radical scavenger.
