目的:观察益胃汤(YWT)对子宫内膜异位症(EMs)血管生成的抑制作用和机制。方法:采用大鼠自体子宫内膜移植建立子宫内膜异位症(内异症)大鼠模型。将造模成功大鼠随机分为模型对照组、达那唑对照组、反应停对照组、益胃汤高、中、低剂量组,另设假手术对照组,连续给药4周后,采用免疫组化的方法检测异位和在位子宫内膜MVD和VEGF的表达。结果:YWT治疗4周后,与模型对照组比较,YWT高、中剂量组异位子宫内膜的MVD和VEGF均较模型对照组明显低表达(P<0.05),阳染细胞数较模型对照组明显减少,染色深度减轻。结论:YWT具有较好的抗EMs血管生成作用,其作用机制与抑制血管生成因子VEGF的水平有关,该作用可能是通过免疫调节实现的。
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of YWT on angiogenesis in endometriosis (EMs) and its mechanism. Methods: Endometriosis (endometriosis) rat model was established by autologous endometrial transplantation in rats. The successful model rats were randomly divided into model control group, danazol control group, reaction stop control group, Yisweitang high, medium and low dose groups, another sham operation control group, continuous administration for 4 weeks, Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MVD and VEGF in ectopic and eutopic endometrium. Results: After 4 weeks of YWT treatment, compared with the model control group, MVD and VEGF of ectopic endometrium of YWT high and middle dose groups were significantly lower than those of model control group (P <0.05) Group significantly reduced the depth of staining reduced. CONCLUSION: YWT has a good anti-angiogenic effect on EMs. Its mechanism of action is related to the inhibition of angiogenic factor VEGF, which may be mediated through immunomodulation.
