当前,世界各国以文化产业作为经济发展的支柱产业。我国要进一步提升综合国力,加强国际竞争力,就必须高度重视文化产业的发展。发展文化产业是满足人民群众精神文化需求的重要途径,是实现我国经济体制转变的重要方式。然而,投融资问题制约着我国文化产业的发展。因此,健全我国文化产业投融资机制,完善相关的法律法规是文化产业发展的动力所在。我们要进一步完善文化产业投融资政策,建立健全配套的法律制度,发展高位阶、全方位、多层次的文化产业投融资法律体系。
At present, all countries in the world regard cultural industries as their pillar industries for economic development. If we want to further enhance our comprehensive national strength and enhance our international competitiveness, we must attach great importance to the development of cultural industries. The development of cultural industries is an important way to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the masses and an important way to realize the transformation of our economic system. However, the problems of investment and financing constrain the development of China's cultural industry. Therefore, improving the investment and financing mechanism of our country's cultural industry and perfecting the relevant laws and regulations are the motive force for the development of the cultural industry. We should further improve the investment and financing policies for the cultural industry, establish and improve a sound legal system, and develop a legal system for investment and financing of cultural industries in all aspects and at all levels.
