随着对产品质量和可靠性要求日益提高,失效分析作为可靠性研究的重要方法已经成为一个研究热点。文中在对资源和情景分析理论研究的基础上,将其应用于失效分析中,构建了基于资源和情景分析的失效分析模板。模板在明确系统功能的基础上,对系统功能进行逐步分解并构建成功情景链。据此提出每一步骤的可能失效情景,并根据资源原则对其进行分析筛选,最后使用TRIZ冲突解决原理对无法去除资源的失效进行纠正、消除。将该模板在一种粒料压板装置的设计中进行应用,结果表明了该方法的有效性。
With the increasing demand for product quality and reliability, failure analysis as an important method of reliability research has become a research hotspot. Based on the research of the theory of resource and scenario analysis, this paper applies it to the failure analysis and constructs the failure analysis template based on the resource and scenario analysis. Based on the clear system functions, the template decomposes system functions and builds a successful scenario chain. According to this, the possible failure scenarios of each step are proposed and analyzed and screened according to the principle of resources. Finally, the TRIZ conflict resolution principle is used to correct and eliminate the failure that can not be removed. The application of the template in the design of a pellet press plate shows the effectiveness of the method.
