据刚公布的《全球娱乐及媒体行业2010-2014年发展展望》报告称,全球娱乐及媒体市场规模2009年为1.3万亿美元。2010年,全球线上娱乐市场规模达到了264亿美元。在世界范围内,网游市场规模仅占全部娱乐媒体产业的2%。但在中国2009年网络游戏市场规模达到258亿元人民币(38亿)美元,远超过电影、电视剧、音乐唱片三大传统娱乐产业销售额之和。2010年仅上半年,中国网游市场规模就为156亿元(23亿美元),全年预计达330亿元(48.6亿美元)。中国已成为全球最大的网络游戏市场,占全球2009年收入总量的三分之一。亚太地区收入总量的56%。网络游戏已经成为我国当之无愧的第一娱乐产业。
According to the recently released Global Entertainment and Media Industry Outlook for 2010-2014, the global entertainment and media market was $ 1.3 trillion in 2009. In 2010, the global online entertainment market reached 26.4 billion U.S. dollars. In the world, the online games market only accounts for 2% of the total entertainment media industry. However, the market size of online games in China in 2009 reached 25.8 billion yuan (3.8 billion U.S. dollars), far exceeding the sales sum of the three traditional entertainment industries such as movies, TV shows and music records. In the first half of 2010 alone, China’s online games market was 15.6 billion yuan (2.3 billion U.S. dollars) and an estimated 33 billion yuan (48.6 billion U.S. dollars) for the whole year. China has become the largest online game market in the world, accounting for one third of 2009 global total revenue. 56% of total revenue in Asia Pacific. Online games has become China’s well-deserved first entertainment industry.
