人的需求是有层次的。马斯洛指出:本能需要、物质要求、安全需求得到满足以后才会出现交往需要和自我实现的需求。儿童是梦想家、是探索者、也是文化创造者。学校音乐教育要满足儿童的情感兴趣需求和思维发展规律,更应体现活动的价值理念,使儿童的文化生活从本能逐步迈向理智,实现身心水平基础上的持续性经验重构,提升儿童的文化素养。满足儿童文化需求的音乐课堂是教育改革的趋势,也是素质教育赋予音乐教师的历史使命。一、重构音乐课堂文化(一)基于满足儿童文化需求的音乐课堂文化
