包容性增长体现的是对世界均衡发展、共同发展的期望,表达的是对和平与发展的普遍诉求。中国在金融危机最严重时采取的财政政策与货币政策不仅使中国经济率先回暖,成为世界经济复苏的主要推动力,而且有力地配合了全球主要经济体的经济刺激行动,带动了全球经济复苏。首都经济贸易大学经济学院周明生《中国倡导包容性增长带给世界惊喜》一文提出,中国要通过包容性增长的的实践努力,积极创造机会让世界了解自己的形象。
Inclusive growth reflects the expectation of a balanced development and common development of the world. It expresses the universal aspiration for peace and development. The fiscal policy and monetary policy adopted by China during the most serious financial crisis not only helped China’s economy pick up first, becoming the main driving force behind the world economic recovery, but also effectively supported the economic stimulus actions of the world’s major economies and boosted the global economic recovery. Zhou Ming-sheng, a professor at the School of Economics at Capital University of Economics and Business, said: “China is surprising the world with its advocacy of inclusive growth.” This article proposes that China, through the practical efforts of inclusive growth, actively create opportunities for the world to understand its own image.
