比较分析了2014~2016年度西安市收获小麦品质的情况,容重平均783~790 g/L,均高出国家标准二等指标;最大抗延阻力平均247~260 EU,均处于中筋水平;,按《小麦品种品质分类》达到中筋小麦要求;综合指标分析均未达到优质专用小麦国家标准。
The quality of harvested wheat in Xi’an from 2014 to 2016 was compared and analyzed. The average bulk density was 783-790 g / L, both of which were higher than the national second-class indicators. The maximum resistance was 247-260 EU, “Quality classification of wheat varieties” to achieve the requirements of medium-gluten wheat; comprehensive index analysis did not meet the national standards for high-quality wheat.
