1.概况近年来,随着动力工业的发展和对产品质量要求的不断提高,对内燃机离心式冷却水泵的测试精度,也提出较高的要求。测量数字化已是发展方向。根据《内燃机离心式冷却水泵试验方法》(GB 1882—80)第五部分第35和第36条规定,冷却水泵的轴功率用直流电动机——天平式测功机(以下简称测功机)测量。这种测量装置虽然构造简单,但指针示值抖动,因此测量精度低,并且须要专人进行校码。为了使测功机保持灵敏发荷重△≤5g这一精度,须要经常进行认真维修、校准。因此,测功机很准满足高精度,自动化测量。目前,国内外扭矩的测量都走向了数字化。这便于直读,打印和使用电子计算机。数字

Overview In recent years, with the development of the power industry and the continuous improvement of the product quality requirements, the test accuracy of the centrifugal type cooling water pump for internal combustion engines is also put forward higher requirements. Measurement of digital is the direction of development.
