医院收费处是医院资金的回笼地,也是医患矛盾的集结地。其服务质量的好坏,直接反映了医院的管理素质,也会间接地影响医院的经济效益和社会效益。因此,如何管理好收费窗口,给医院管理者提出了新的思考。笔者根据自己在医院收费窗口工作的经验,提出了医院管理收费窗口的新理念,即:医院收费窗口不仅是资金的回笼地,更重要的,它还是医院综合服务质量的展示台。
Hospital toll office is the return of funds to the hospital, but also a gathering place for the contradiction between doctors and patients. The quality of its services directly reflects the quality of hospital management, but also indirectly affect the hospital’s economic and social benefits. Therefore, how to manage the toll collection window gives new suggestions to hospital managers. Based on my own experience in the hospital charging window, the author puts forward a new concept of the hospital management fee window: the hospital charging window is not only the return of funds, but more importantly, it is also the display platform of the comprehensive service quality of the hospital.
