目的:观察正骨通痹丸对地塞米松所致骨质疏松大鼠的骨密度及骨力学的影响。方法:对8周龄Wistar大鼠采用地塞米松肌注8周建立糖皮质激素性骨质疏松动物模型,模型成立后,模型组每天灌胃给予蒸馏水10ml/kg,正骨通痹丸各剂量组及仙灵骨葆组每天按组别分别给予正骨通痹丸1.35、2.7、5.4 g/kg及仙灵骨葆0.4g/kg,给药治疗12周后处死,分离股骨,进行骨密度及骨力学等方面的检查。结果:模型组大鼠股骨的骨矿含量、骨密度、最大弯曲力、抗弯强度及断裂挠度均显著下降;与模型组相比,正骨通痹丸5.4g/kg组骨密度、最大弯曲力、抗弯强度及断裂挠度均显著增加,正骨通痹丸2.7g/kg及1.35g/kg剂量组断裂挠度也均显著增加;仙灵骨葆组大鼠股骨的最大弯曲力及断裂挠度均显著增加。结论:正骨通痹丸可有效地提高糖皮质激素性骨质疏松大鼠的骨密度并改善其生物力学性能,增强抗骨折能力。
Objective: To observe the effect of Zhenggu Tongyu Pill on bone density and bone mechanics in rats with osteoporosis induced by dexamethasone. METHODS: An 8-week-old Wistar rat model of glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis was established by intramuscular injection of dexamethasone for 8 weeks.
