面对新世纪新阶段的战略任务,面对党的理论创新步伐不断加快的形势,党中央作出了大规模培训干部、大幅度提高干部素质的战略部署,颁布了党的历史上第一个《干部教育培训工作条例(试行)》,印发了《2006—2010年全国干部教育培训规划》。如何贯彻落实好中央的战略部署,用马克思主义中国化的最新成果武装广大党员干部,不断开创中央国家机关干部教育培训工作的新局面,推进干部教育培训事业的新发展,是我们迫切需要研究解决的一个重大课题。
