[目的]了解独立学院大学生心理健康状况及影响因素,探索切实有效的心理健康教育的方法。[方法]使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对800名大学生进行干预前后整群随机抽样,对调查结果采用分类比较的方法,比较不同状况间心理健康水平的差异,比较整群干预前后心理健康水平的差异。[结果]干预前独立学院大学生SCL-90总均分高于全国青年常模,除了人际关系因子其余各项指标均高于对照组。干预后独立学院大学生SCL-90总均分及各因子分均低于全国青年常模和干预前的结果。[结论]必须针对独立学院大学生存在的心理困惑,有的放矢的开展心理健康干预工作。
[Objective] To understand the mental health of college students and its influencing factors, and to explore effective and effective methods of mental health education. [Methods] A total of 800 college students were randomly sampled before and after the intervention using the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). The results of the survey were compared by classification and comparison. The differences in mental health among different conditions were compared. [Results] The average score of SCL-90 in college students before intervention was higher than that of national youth, except for the interpersonal factors, the other indicators were higher than the control group. After the intervention, the average score of SCL-90 and the scores of each factor of undergraduates in independent college were lower than those of national youth and before intervention. [Conclusion] Psychological confusion of college students in independent colleges must be targeted and psychological intervention must be carried out.
