加快统计信息工程建设 构建西部大开发统计信息制高点

中央决定实施西部大开发战略。为西北各省区统计事业的发展带来了大好机遇和严竣挑战。抓住机遇,直面挑战,加快发展,是各地、各级统计部门的共识和优选。今年是青海实施西部大开发的开局之年,也是青海统计系统实施“九五”信息工程建设规划的最后一年,根据省委、省政府关于“省统计局计算机中心要成为青海经济决策的信息支撑中心和经济信息保障系统,成为政府网络组成部分”的要求,我们加快了统计信息工程建设的步伐,在基础设施、网络工程、数据库建设等方面取得了积极进展。一、选准工作的“突破口”从去年下半年开始,我局按照青海省委、省政府 The Central Committee decided to implement the strategy of developing the western region.
