我这是做班主任工作的第十一个年头了,是什么支撑着我们这些班主任在一天天、一年年的这样坚持着?回过头去仔细想想,其实很简单,一个是责任,二就是对这些孩子的爱。也许是到了这个年龄,我们的年龄跟这些孩子们的父母差不多大,又或许是自己的孩子在一天天长大,自觉不自觉地在思考如何教育这些孩子。教育绝对离不开一点就是对孩子们的爱,有了爱,孩子才会听你的,你的教育才可能有效;有了爱,孩子们再犯错,你也不会歇斯
