一阶段预应力混凝土管的生产系采用振动挤压一次成型工艺。由于这种工艺生产的管子,具有管体结构整体性好等特点,得到了迅速发展,尤其是其中的关键工艺—稳压控制部分更加突出。其发展过程大致分成以下三个阶段:(1)手动阀门,人工控制阶段;(2)稳压自动控制阶段;(3)电脑控制阶段。本文主要介绍微机控制稳压系统在我厂的应用,以供参考.一、充水加压系统一阶段制管工艺充水加压工艺主要包括升压、恒压、卸压三个阶段,其中的恒压过程时间最长,工艺难度最大。
The first-stage production of prestressed concrete pipes uses a vibratory extrusion process. Due to the features such as good integrity of the tube structure, the tube produced by this process has been rapidly developed, and in particular, the key process-regulation control section has become more prominent. The development process is roughly divided into the following three stages: (1) manual valve, manual control stage; (2) automatic voltage control stage; (3) computer control stage. This article mainly introduces the application of the computer control voltage regulator system in our factory for reference. I.
