农业是海河流域最大的用水和耗水行业,发展节水灌溉对减少农业用水量有着重要的影响。通过对海河流域农业用水现状、灌溉用水现状、节水灌溉现状的梳理,分析了海河流域各区域农业节水灌溉情况及存在的问题,提出了海河流域发展农业节水灌溉应采取的对策,为海河流域农业节水灌溉提供参考。
Agriculture is the largest water and water consuming industry in Haihe River Basin. The development of water-saving irrigation has an important impact on reducing agricultural water consumption. Based on the present situation of agricultural water use in the Haihe River Basin, the status quo of irrigation water and the current situation of water-saving irrigation, the situation and existing problems of agricultural water-saving irrigation in each region of the Haihe River Basin are analyzed. The countermeasures to be taken to develop agricultural water-saving irrigation in Haihe River Basin are Haihe River Basin water-saving irrigation for agricultural reference.
