柔性帘线/橡胶复合材料缓冲器(简称缓冲器)依靠自身大变形、膨胀触地将数百吨后坐大载荷传递到地面,在起到缓冲效果的同时,降低对系统的力学环境影响。通过对帘线/橡胶复合材料的本构关系进行研究,针对缓冲器相关参数对力学性能的影响规律进行分析,提出缓冲器力学性能优化方法。利用此方法进行优化的缓冲器试验结果与仿真分析结果吻合较好,为系统力学环境及结构设计优化提供支撑。
Flexible cord / rubber composite bumper (referred to as the buffer) relies on its own large deformation, expansion touchdown to hundreds of tons of recoil large load transfer to the ground, play a cushioning effect, while reducing the mechanical and environmental impact of the system. By studying the constitutive relations of the cord / rubber composites, the influence laws of the relevant parameters of the buffer on the mechanical properties are analyzed, and the optimization method of the mechanical properties of the buffer is proposed. The results of the buffer test optimized by this method are in good agreement with the simulation results, which provide the support for the system mechanics environment and structural design optimization.
