目的探讨经颞下方角巩缘切口行滤过术后人工晶体植入术的临床效果。方法抗青光眼小梁切除术后合并白内障患者68例（72眼），全部经颞下方角巩缘切口行白内障囊外摘除及人工晶体植入术。介绍了手术技巧和注意事项。结果72眼术后视力均有不同程度提高，其中术后视力达0．12～0．4者占51．4％，0．5以上者占33．3％。术后眼压均正常，无严重并发症。结论经颞下方角巩缘切口行滤过术后人工晶体植入术方法简便、安全、效果好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intraocular lens implantation through inferior temporal infratemporal incision. Methods Sixty-eight patients (72 eyes) with cataract after anti-glaucoma trabeculectomy were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation via inferior-angle coronal incision. Introduced surgical techniques and precautions. Results The postoperative visual acuity of 72 eyes all improved to some extent. Among them, the postoperative visual acuity was 0.12-0.4, accounting for 51.4%, while those over 0.5 accounted for 33.3%. Postoperative intraocular pressure were normal, no serious complications. Conclusion The method of intraocular lens implantation via the inferior angle infratemporal incision is simple, safe and effective.
