辽宁省凌源县食品公司下设26个食品购销站,13个肉食门市部以及熟食加工车间、牲猪屠宰厂、牛羊屠宰厂,貂厂、皮毛厂、兔厂、车队等,共有职工530人,担负全县的牲猪收购、供应任务。该公司1954年以来,经历了三个阶段:1954~1965年是企业前进的12年,共盈利116万元,平均每年盈利9.7万元,荣获国务院嘉奖;1966~1977年是企业倒退的12年,共亏损401万元,平均每年亏损33.4万元;1978~1983年是企业振兴的6年,共盈利483万元,平均每年盈利75.4万元,受到省、地、县的表彰。近几年在外调任务减少,地销量不断增加的情况下,年利润仍保持在百万元以上,关键是企业有一个党风正、作风好、懂业务、会管理的领导班子,有一批经营食品多年、熟悉业务技术的骨干力量,尤其重要的是,有一整套经营措施和科学的管理办法。一、充实领导力量,努力提高职工素质。1978年4月,县委把经营食品三十多年的原公司党支部书记、省劳动模范王廷同志调回来主持工作,并调整了领导班子,把三名熟悉业务的股长提为副经理;从工人和干部中先后提拔37人任股、厂、站
