目的探讨健康志愿者半月板不同亚区T1rho值是否存在不同,为进一步讨论半月板病变提供相关信息。方法对18名健康志愿者(25个膝关节)进行常规磁共振扫描、3D磁共振扫描及T1rho扫描。分别测量内侧半月板体部、外侧半月板体部、内侧半月板后角及外侧半月板后角共4个亚区的T1rho值,并进一步将内侧、外侧半月板后角分为内缘区、外缘区进行T1rho值测量。结果健康志愿者内侧半月板体部T1rho值为(25.38±2.07)ms,内侧半月板后角T1rho值为(25.37±1.82)ms,外侧半月板体部T1rho值为(24.59±1.83)ms,外侧半月板后角T1rho值为(24.77±1.37)ms。这4个亚区间T1rho值差异无统计学意义(P=0.246)。半月板后角内缘区T1rho值为(24.29±1.94)ms,外缘区为(25.57±1.77)ms,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论健康志愿者半月板后角不同亚区T1rho值存在差别。
Objective To investigate the difference of T1rho in different sub-regions of healthy volunteers in order to provide further information on the meniscus lesions. Methods 18 healthy volunteers (25 knees) were subjected to conventional magnetic resonance (MR), 3D magnetic resonance (MR) and T1rho scanning. T1rho values were measured in 4 subregions of the medial meniscus, the body of the lateral meniscus, the posterior horn of the medial meniscus and the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus, respectively, and the posterior horn of the medial and lateral meniscus was further divided into the medial border region, T1rho value of the outer edge of the area measurement. Results T1rho value of medial meniscus was (25.38 ± 2.07) ms in healthy volunteers, T1rho was (25.37 ± 1.82) ms in medial meniscus and T1rho was (24.59 ± 1.83) ms in medial meniscus, The T1rho value of the posterior horn of the meniscus was (24.77 ± 1.37) ms. There was no significant difference in T1rho between the four sub-regions (P = 0.246). The T1rho value of the posterior horn of the meniscus was (24.29 ± 1.94) ms and the peripheral region was (25.57 ± 1.77) ms, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.001). Conclusion T1rho values in different subregions of posterior meniscus in healthy volunteers are different.
