Ten years of post-80s employment are ten years of manufacturing-oriented development in China. Everyone can be said to have enjoyed opportunities but are also limited by the times. Competition and adaptation are the key words for the survival of the post-1980s workplaces. However, the decadal transformation created by China in China over the next decade has provided a new historical stage for the post-90s.
