对结球甘蓝(Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata)一代杂种‘报春’的叶肉原生质体再生植株进行了染色体倍性、气孔保卫细胞中叶绿体数目以及形态的观察研究。结果表明,原生质体再生植株中,除了存在正常二倍体外,还存在四倍体、非整倍体以及混倍体。染色体倍性与叶片下表皮非叶脉部分气孔保卫细胞中的叶绿体数目是明显的相关性,二倍体和四倍体植株的叶绿体平均数相差一倍。再生植株的外部形态也有明显的变异。
Chromosome ploidy, number of chloroplasts in stomatal guard cells and morphological observation of mesophyll protoplasts regenerated from hybrid primula of Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata were studied. The results showed that, in addition to the normal diploid, there are tetraploid, aneuploid and mixed diploid in the protoplast regenerated plants. The number of chloroplasts in stomatal guard cells of non-vein sections in the lower epidermis was significantly correlated with the chromosome ploidy. The average number of chloroplasts in diploid and tetraploid plants was twice as much. The external morphology of regenerated plants also has obvious variation.
