免除一切培训费,面对全社会招募爱茶人士作为受训者。每个月,用8节课的时间培训出20个茶艺师,一年培训200多位茶艺师。这不是政府部门的某茶文化培训项目,也不是某社会组织的公益之举,而是青岛茶皇会倾心茶文化、开办众多社会公益活动的一个缩影。爱茶之人,不争就是慈悲,不辩就是智慧,不闻就是清净,不看就是自在,不贪就是布施。兴之所至,心之所安;尽其在我,顺其自然。常怀一颗宁静的心无为而为。作为开办青岛茶皇会的出资人之一,叶长青就是这样的人。
