烟草花叶病毒(TMV)是西安地区番茄病毒病的主要毒源,近几年由于抗病品种的推广,以及优良栽培措施的全面贯彻,使往年造成严重减产的花叶、条斑病害显著减轻。但据报道番茄的烟草花叶病毒株系分化现象屡有出现,导致抗病品种丧失抗性。为此,本试验以GCR 系统番茄品种为鉴别寄主,对西安地区番茄 TMV 株系作鉴定,以明确当地番茄产区的株系及其变异动态。
Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) is the main source of tomato virus disease in Xi’an. In recent years, due to the popularization of resistant varieties and the full implementation of good cultivation practices, TMV has significantly reduced leaf mosaic and leaf spot diseases that caused severe cuttings in previous years . However, it has been reported that the differentiation of tobacco mosaic virus strains frequently occurs, leading to the loss of resistance of resistant varieties. Therefore, in this experiment, tomato varieties of GCR system were identified as hosts for identification of tomato TMV lines in Xi’an to identify the local tomato strains and their variation dynamics.
