以Keggin结构铝取代杂多硅钨酸盐异构体α.iβ-K5[SiW11Al(H2O)O39].xH2O(iβ=β1,β2,β3)为掺杂剂制备了α.iβ-SiW11Al/PANI电子聚合物材料。用红外光谱、紫外光谱、X-射线粉末衍射、SEM、热重分析等对此材料进行了表征,测定了材料的导电性和荧光性,研究了它们的热稳定性。结果表明:掺杂了铝杂多硅钨酸盐异构体的聚苯胺都具有较好的热稳定性,比本征态聚苯胺的分解温度提高了121.9℃,材料最好的电导率为0.83S.cm-1。荧光光谱表明,掺杂材料具有相似的荧光性质,对应的荧光发射波长为420和484nm,发蓝绿光。
Α.iβ-SiW11Al / PANI was prepared by using Keggin structure-substituted heteropoly polysilicate tungstate isomers α.iβ-K5 [SiW11Al (H2O) O39] .xH2O (iβ = β1, β2, β3) as dopants Electronic polymer materials. The materials were characterized by FTIR, UV, XRD, SEM and TG. The conductivity and fluorescence of the materials were measured and their thermal stability was also studied. The results show that polyaniline doped with aluminum heteropolyosilicate isomers has good thermal stability, which is 121.9 ℃ higher than the decomposition temperature of polyaniline. The best conductivity of the material is 0.83 S.cm-1. Fluorescence spectra showed that the doped materials have similar fluorescent properties, corresponding to the blue and green fluorescence emission wavelengths of 420 and 484 nm.
