目的分析溶血标本对生化检验结果的影响。方法选取50名健康体检者作为研究对象,对其血液标本进行溶血处理,并对溶血前、后的生化指标进行对比。结果与溶血前相比,溶血后的AST、TP、TB、BUN、GLU、K、Na、Cl、Ca、P、Mg、Fe、CK、LDH、HBDH均出现变化(P<0.05),溶血前、后的ALT、ALP、ALB均未出现改变(P>0.05)。结论血液标本溶血后,会对部分生化检验结果造成影响,对溶血标本的生化检验结果进行分析时,应综合各项数据和临床资料,最大限度的提高溶血标本检测的准确性。
Objective To analyze the influence of hemolysis on biochemical test results. Methods Fifty healthy subjects were selected as experimental subjects, their blood samples were hemolyzed, and the biochemical indexes before and after hemolysis were compared. Results Compared with those before hemolysis, the levels of AST, TP, TB, BUN, GLU, K, Na, Cl, Ca, P, Mg, Fe, CK, LDH and HBDH in hemolysis changed (P < , ALT, ALP and ALB did not change after (P> 0.05). Conclusion Hemolysis of blood samples will affect some biochemical test results. When analyzing the biochemical test results of hemolysis samples, the data and clinical data should be integrated to maximize the accuracy of hemolysis test.
