韩俊仙,女,高级工程师,日本质量工程(田口方法)研究会国际会员,江苏淮海工学院客座教授。韩俊仙长期致力于企业的质量管理、现场质量控制、优化和改进,具有丰富的现场质量管理经验。曾赴日本村田、帝人、东丽等公司学习;对六西格玛有深入的研究,对中国企业如何成功推行六西格玛有深刻认识并提出适合国企的解决方案。曾先后任中国质量协会六西格玛推进工作委员会办公室负责人、中国质量协会中质卓越咨询中心质量技术部部长。现加盟北京桑兰特科技有限公司,任常务副总经理、技术总监。韩俊仙曾担任大庆石化、深圳华为技术、济南钢铁公司、本溪钢铁公司的六西格玛项目经理,负责整体策划,组织培训、项目辅导及帮助企业进行项目推进,取得显著成效;帮助中国石油辽阳石化用六西格玛方法对存在的瓶颈问题进行质量改进取得突破并获得巨大财务收益;为深圳华为技术、中石油大庆石化、中国石油、中国石化、中国航空二集团等30多家企业提供质量管理、六西格玛管理咨询、培训和服务。本刊曾于2005年第5期“聚焦六西格玛”特别策划中刊发其《影响世界的六西格玛》一文,今年本刊将继续刊发韩俊仙关于产品质量管理的文章,敬请读者关注。
Han Junxian, female, senior engineer, international member of Japan Quality Engineering (Taguchi Method) Research Association, guest professor of Jiangsu Huaihai Institute of Technology. Han Junxian long-term commitment to enterprise quality management, on-site quality control, optimization and improvement, with rich experience in quality management on the scene. He visited Murata, Teijin, Toray and other companies in Japan. He also conducted in-depth research on Six Sigma and profoundly understood how Chinese enterprises successfully implemented Six Sigma and proposed solutions suitable for state-owned enterprises. He has successively served as the head of Office of Six Sigma Promotion Working Committee of China Quality Association and Minister of Quality and Technical Department of China Quality Association Medium Quality Excellence Consulting Center. Is joining Beijing Sunlante Technology Co., Ltd., served as Deputy General Manager, Chief Technology Officer. Han Junxian has served as the Six Sigma project manager of Daqing Petrochemical, Shenzhen Huawei Technologies, Jinan Iron and Steel Co. and Benxi Steel Company, responsible for the overall planning, organization of training, project guidance and help enterprises to promote the project, and achieved remarkable results; help PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company to use Six Sigma Made breakthroughs in quality improvement for existing bottlenecks and obtained huge financial benefits; provided quality management, Six Sigma management consulting and training for more than 30 enterprises such as Shenzhen Huawei Technologies, PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical, PetroChina, Sinopec, and Air China Group II service. Our magazine published “Six Sigma Influencing the World” in the 5th special issue of Focusing on Six Sigma in 2005, and this year we will continue to publish Han Junxian article on product quality management.
