目的 :探讨后房型人工晶状体植入术后人工晶状体前膜的形成、治疗和预防。方法 :对白内障摘除后房型人工晶状体植入手术 32 8例进行了回顾性分析 ,发生人工晶状体前膜 18例 ,占 5 5 % ,均经过抗炎 ,散瞳 ,热敷 ,激素等综合治疗。结果 :18例人工晶状体前膜全部吸收 ,视力恢复良好。结论 :早期发现 ,早期处置 ,这样减少或避免白内障术后人工晶状体前膜形成的并发症是可能的
Objective: To investigate the formation, treatment and prevention of posterior chamber intraocular lens after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods: 328 cases of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation after cataract extraction were retrospectively analyzed. There were 18 cases of anterior lens capsule, accounting for 55%. All of them were treated by anti - inflammatory, mydriasis, hot compress, hormone and so on. Results: All 18 cases of anterior lens capsule were completely absorbed and visual acuity recovered well. CONCLUSIONS: Early detection, early treatment, and thus reducing or avoiding the complications of anterior lens IOP after cataract surgery are possible
