中国计算机学会第四届理事会第二次全体会暨专委,地方学会工作会议于一九九○年三月十二日至三月十四日在北京怀柔县召开。在这次会议上,根据中国计算机学会优秀论文评选条例和办法,经各专业委员会(直属学组)对1988～1989年度,在学术会议和刊物上发表的学术论文,41篇进行推荐,学术委员会组织专家进行初审终审,评选出中国计算机学会优秀论文10篇,表扬论文13篇。
The 2nd Plenary Session of the 4th Council of the Chinese Society of Computer Science and the Work Committee of the Special Committee and Local Institutes were held in Huairou County, Beijing from March 12 to March 14, 1990. At this meeting, according to the rules and methods of selection of excellent essay by China Computer Society, the professional committees (directly affiliated to the academic group) recommended 41 academic papers and academic papers published in academic conferences and journals from 1988 to 1989, and the academic committee Organized experts to conduct preliminary examination and final review, selected 10 outstanding papers of China Computer Society, commended 13 papers.
