安全是人类生存、生产、生活和发展过程中永恒的主题。安全生产的最根本目的是保护员工的生命和健康,为社会稳定和企业的长远发展做出贡献。石油行业具有易燃易爆、高温高压、有毒有害等特点,为了控制各类事故的发生,研究人的心理对安全行为的影响很有必要。安全管理主要是对人的行为的管理,而人的行为与人的心理密切相关。因此,如何运用安全心理学提高安全生产效率,具有十分重要的意义。

The oil industry is characterized by inflammable and explosive, high temperature and high pressure, toxic and harmful.
