对桉木浆ECF漂白的最末端P段和D1段进行对比试验,其中对漂后纸张的物理性能、纤维形态以及纸浆的基本性能进行了检测。实验得出:P段能使纸浆白度和kappa值达到88.36%和1.8,漂白效果更好;在成纸强度方面,P段虽使漂白浆易打浆,但强度损失程度要高于D1段;在纤维形态和黏度方面,P段的漂白效果要比D1段(D1段指的是ClO2增白段)略差;P段和D1段使桉木浆获得的羧基含量分别为46.17 mmol·kg-1和44.66 mmol·kg-1,但D1段的下降程度更大;从化学成分来看,P段对桉木浆的处理效果更好。
Comparative tests were carried out on the final P stage and D1 stage of ECF bleaching of eucalyptus pulp, in which the physical properties, fiber morphology and basic properties of pulp after bleaching were tested. The results showed that: P stage can make the pulp whiteness and kappa value reach 88.36% and 1.8, the bleaching effect is better; in the paper strength, although the bleaching pulp P paragraph beating easily, but the intensity loss is higher than D1; In terms of fiber morphology and viscosity, the bleaching effect of P stage was slightly worse than that of D1 stage (D1 stage refers to ClO2 whitening stage); the carboxyl contents of Eucalyptus pulp obtained in P stage and D1 stage were 46.17 mmol · kg- 1 and 44.66 mmol · kg-1, respectively, but the degree of decline in D1 was even greater. From the chemical point of view, P-treatment of eucalyptus pulp was better.
