自从2009年省委省政府决定在11个设区市和义乌开展转变经济发展方式综合配套改革试点以来,各地改革试点遇到了什么难题、采取了什么方法、在哪些方面取得了重大突破?最近,借省委办公厅和省政府办公厅组织开展全省转变发展方式综合配套改革试点工作情况专项督查之机,本刊组织记者跟随督查组深入基层和群众调查采访,及时获取来自浙江改革发展一线的最新进展,全面报道各地推进试点工作、深化配套改革的新探索新突破。这既是本刊深入开展“走转改”活动的一种新的尝试,也是当前我省开展转变经济发展方式综合配套改革的试点工作成就的集中展示。
