为了使凸、凹模之间的间隙值,符合图纸的要求,为了保证凸模四周间隙均匀分布,各厂分别采用了垫铜皮、镀铜、涂淡金水和涂漆等不同的工艺方法。一、垫铜皮控制凸、凹模间隙的工艺方法将凸模与凸模固定板固定后,在平面磨床上磨平,使凸模的上端面与凸模固定板上平面在同一平面上,然后翻身磨凸模刃口平面。在凸模固定板与凹模平面之间两边垫以等高度的垫块,将凸模放入凹模孔内,按凸模与凹模间隙配合的要求,用0.03毫米~0.04毫米紫铜片叠加垫在凸模与凹模之间的空隙中,深度为10~12毫米。如图1所示。
