语用推理对于有效的语言交际起着非常重要的作用。本文首先解释了语用推理的重要性,并分析了语用推理所依赖的主要线索,然后结合实例探讨了如何运用关联理论进行推理。文章最后对英语教与学应采取的对策提出了一些建议。
Pragmatic reasoning plays a very important role in effective language communication. This paper first explains the importance of pragmatic reasoning and analyzes the main clues on which pragmatic inference relies. Then it explores how to make use of relevance theory for reasoning. Finally, the article puts forward some suggestions on the countermeasures that English teaching and learning should take.
