药物对心肌的直接或间接毒性作用所致的心肌病变,称为药物性心肌病(drug—induced cardiomyopa-thy)。药物性心肌病是临床医生用药的重要问题,应当引起临床重视。一、发生机理药物引起心肌损害可能有以下机理:①药物对心肌的直接毒性作用,导致心肌细胞的炎症、变性、坏死,达一定阶段可呈纤维化改变。其毒性作用与用药剂量及时间长短相关。此类药物以抗肿瘤药为代表。②通过抑制心肌细胞的氧化磷酸化引起线粒体损害,导致心肌灶性炎症、间质及小血管周围淋巴细胞浸
