传统的教学理念很难让每个同学都参与到教学过程中,大部分都是老师讲学生听。对于上课老师的提问,差不多都是成绩好的学生上课发言或者进行小组讨论,后进生很少有发表自己意见的机会,这对小学生的发展是很不公平的。在小学数学教学中,要想提高小学生的综合能力,如何提高学生的自主积极性是十分重要的问题。下面本文主要是从如何激发学生积极发言的角度来分析如何提高学生的主动性,从而使他们成为课堂真正的主人,让他们在发言中享受自信的快乐,体验成功的喜悦,以此促进他们的进步。
The traditional teaching concept is difficult for each classmate to participate in the teaching process, most of whom are teachers to listen to students. For class teacher’s questions, almost all students with good grades speak in class or conduct group discussions. Postsecondary students rarely have the chance to express their opinions. This is very unfair to the development of pupils. In primary school mathematics teaching, in order to improve the comprehensive ability of primary school students, how to improve students’ initiative is a very important issue. The following is how to motivate students to actively speak from the perspective of how to improve students’ initiative, so that they become the real masters of the class, so that they enjoy the confidence of the joy of speech, the joy of success, in order to promote their progress.
