右心导管是测定肺动脉压的最可靠的手段,但由于它的有创性,在使用中受到限制。ECG 和 x-线虽能提示肺高压的存在,可特异性及敏感性不高。利用超声心动图测定肺动脉压的研究近年来有了很大发展,其方法经过不断完善,己广为临床采用。核磁共振显像技术对诊断肺动脉高压也具有一定的意义。前列腺素E_1和卡托普利是晚近出现的血管扩张剂。许多试验证实它们有降肺动脉压的功效。本文旨在对肺动脉高压的诊断方法和前列腺素 E_1及卡托普利的降低肺动脉压的效果作一概略的介绍。
Right heart catheterization is the most reliable measure of pulmonary arterial pressure, but its use is limited by its invasiveness. Although ECG and x-ray can prompt the existence of pulmonary hypertension, specificity and sensitivity are not high. In recent years, great progress has been made in the study of measuring pulmonary arterial pressure by echocardiography. The method has been widely used clinically. MRI imaging diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension is also of some significance. Prostaglandin E_1 and captopril are late-onset vasodilators. Many tests confirm that they have the effect of lowering pulmonary artery pressure. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the diagnostic methods of pulmonary hypertension and the effects of prostaglandin E_1 and captopril on lowering pulmonary arterial pressure.
