在电子媒介传播形式中,节目主持人这种人性化、个性化的形象极具活力,引得平面媒介的专栏也纷纷设立主持人。主持人既为媒体自身代言,又与受众沟通,成为一种长盛不衰的时尚。然而,任何时尚都要与时俱进,不断更新, 适应整个社会风尚的发展变化,因此,主持人的工作应力争达到受众的期望值要求。受众期望值来自于媒体的传播力及由此而来的信任度。在受众信任媒体的基础上,主持人个人的魅力和风格是影响受众选择的最主要原因,受众在选择的过程中进而对主持人产生心理期望值,这种期望值是随着个人需要而不断提高的,如何不断满足受众的期望值,就成了节目主持人必须认真研究的课题。
