为了认真贯彻执行能源部颁发的“紧急救护法”,甘肃省电力局于1990年2月在兰州举办了“心肺复苏、创伤急救”培训班,局属28个单位的42名电气工作人员和医务人员参加了培训。通过理论课和声像教材的学习以及实际操作,参加培训的人员认识了现场紧急救护对保护伤员生命,避免伤情恶化和减轻伤员痛苦的重要意义;熟悉了FSR型心肺复苏模拟人的结构、性能和使用方法。经过实际考核和理论测验,基本都达到了合格标准。为了进一步推广和普及这项工作,省电力局要求下属各单位:1)思想上要给
